Job summary

Legends Global seeks an experienced F&B Operations Manager to support planning and daily duties of the Food & Beverage department at the Hawai‘i Convention Center. You will guide staff, coordinate with culinary teams, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B/event operations, a Hospitality degree, and strong MS Office and POS knowledge. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in food & beverage, hospitality, or event operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; POS systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of F&B with planning, organization, and daily operations.
• Develop knowledge of Momentus event information and workflows.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, inventory, and service for events.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and safety standards.
• Analyze financials, budgets, labor costs, and P&L implications.
• Lead training and provide direction to F&B staff and contractors.
