Job summary

Legends is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for the Honolulu, Hawaii venue. You will support planning, organize daily operations, and oversee events from setup to breakdown, coordinating with hourly staff and culinary teams.

You will help ensure legal, efficient, and profitable operations while managing financial reporting, budgets, and labor costs. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage, venue, convention center, catering, banquet, restaurant, or event operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of prior supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Food & Beverage with planning, organization, and daily operations.
• Manage events from setup to breakdown and coordinate with staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and maintain 100% compliance during events.
• Generate, review, and analyze financial reports including budgets, forecasts, revenue analysis, labor costs, product costs, and P&L statements.
• Train, coach, and supervise F&B employees and contingent labor.
