Job summary

Legends Global at Hawai‘i Convention Center seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the F&B department during events. You will manage planning, staffing, and service, ensuring compliance, safety, and profitability across venues and concessions.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination with culinary, events, and operations teams, along with proficiency in reporting and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive food & beverage or event operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing teams and scheduling contingent labor.
• Familiarity with BEOs, Work Orders, and event management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee the F&B department operations during events.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, inventory, and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, safety policies, and alcohol service policies.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports; support contract reviews and terms.
