Job summary

Naples Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations within our Jacksonville property. You will lead by example, support and develop team members, and collaborate with kitchen and hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, manage staffing, training, and scheduling, and actively optimize guest experiences while controlling budgets and costs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations.
• Supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, ordering procedures, and vendor relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Monitor budgets, food and beverage costs, and revenue goals.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and oversee service delivery.
• Forecast supply needs and manage inventory; negotiate with suppliers.
