• Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct F&B operations in front and back of house
• Develop and manage the budget, marketing plans and objectives
• Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs
• Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
• Coordinate payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for F&B operations
• Coordinate F&B operations with other hotel departments to ensure guest service
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction
• Maintain Hyatt standards of service and ensure their implementation
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and corporate standards
