Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee hotel F&B operations including the restaurant, banquet services, and room service. The role involves staff recruitment and training, inventory oversight, and menu planning to ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will supervise the main restaurant, cocktail lounge, banquets, and any room service orders, while coordinating daily F&B activities and monitoring costs and revenues. A strong guest-service mindset is required.

• Ability to recruit and train staff.
• Strong cost control and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
