As Food & Beverage Manager you will oversee daily operations across all outlets, mentor the team, partner with culinary, sales, and events to drive profitability, ensure top quality, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in front desk or hotel ops with 1–3 years in supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily F&B outlets' operations including restaurant, bar, and In-Room Dining.
• Ensure service and operational efficiency through front-of-house, bar, and culinary coordination.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Manage costs: labor, food, beverage, and operating supplies to meet budgets.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events on menus and promotions.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise F&B staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training.
• Analyze financial and operational reports to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
