Qualifications

• 2–4 years of bartending experience, preferably banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current bartender certification/license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bar setup and stock beverages and supplies.
• Prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure quality.
• Greet guests, take and serve drink orders; document orders.
• Input orders at POS and balance cash transactions.
• Lock up and store beverages and equipment; secure cash drops.
• Maintain attendance and adapt schedule per hotel needs.
