Qualifications

• 2-4 years of food service experience, preferably in Banquet service.
• Experience in a 4- or 5-star venue with synchronized service is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions: draping tables, silverware, napkins, centerpieces, and drinks.
• Serve and bus tables; carry trays from back hall to function location.
• Clear and tear down banquet rooms after events; clean back hall and organize storerooms.
• Assist with event room setup according to meal period and guest needs.
• Prepare condiments, brew coffee, stock workstations, and ensure cleanliness.
• Provide warm welcomes, guest information, and professional interaction with staff.
