Job summary

Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks is seeking an Outlets Manager to oversee daily restaurant and room service operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. You will direct bar operations, recruit and train staff, and drive service quality to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to manage budgets, safety compliance, and cross-outlet coordination in a luxury Houston setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, budgeting, and hospitality laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff performance and discipline when appropriate.
• Retain and motivate associates within the various outlets.
• Assist with implementation of company programs and ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs.
