Wyndham Garden York invites an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and a focus on safety, quality, and service standards across all F&B outlets at our York, PA property.

Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen, and Housekeeping to deliver seamless events, from weddings to corporate functions, while mentoring a diverse F&B team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food & beverage management in hospitality.
• Experience overseeing banquet operations or catering.
• Supervisory/management experience leading F&B teams.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of alcohol service regulations.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
• Manage banquet operations for weddings, meetings, and events.
• Review event orders, menus, floor plans, timelines, and specs.
• Coordinate with clients, hotel management, kitchen staff, and service team.
• Supervise, train, and lead F&B staff; schedule shifts.
• Oversee banquet room setups and service areas.
• Ensure timely, professional, and high-quality service.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, and purchasing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management.
