Responsabilidades

• Lead banquet staff to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Promote guest, client and attendee satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Ensure proper banquet setup, bar procedures, POS familiarity, and paperwork.
• Maintain hotel/brand standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to meet event requirements.
