Qualifications

• Four years of full-service food and beverage experience.
• One year of leadership in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with kitchen leadership for smooth shift operations and issue resolution.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cost controls, and loss prevention.
