Job summary

Explor Olympic LLC in Port Angeles, WA is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager responsible for the success of restaurant and kitchen operations, including revenue growth, budgets, COGS, labor and inventory controls, and coaching direct reports.

You will coach Restaurant and Kitchen Managers, lead recruiting, create labor schedules, ensure health and safety, and maintain standards across FOH and BOH to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary or related field
• ServeSafe certification required
• Minimum 5 years F&B Management experience
• POS experience desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee menu execution and guest service to meet Company standards
• Coach Restaurant and Kitchen Managers in leadership and development
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for F&B department
• Create and manage labor schedules per staffing guidelines
• Ensure FOH and BOH operate cohesively to deliver excellence
• Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and ISO standards
• Direct reporting of financial and performance metrics (revenue, COGS, payroll)
• Manage inventory controls and ordering in collaboration with Kitchen/Restaurant Managers
