Job summary

The Le Méridien Chicago - Oakbrook Center by Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant F&B Manager to lead the daily dining operations at our Oak Brook hotel. You will inspire a team, uphold impeccable service standards, and drive guest-focused experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership in F&B, strong organization and communication skills, and a hands-on mentoring approach. Certifications in Food Handler and TIPS are required or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in F&B supervision or management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• Commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Food Handler and TIPS certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Food Manager certification preferred.
