• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and communicate clearly in English.
• ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

• Coaches direct reports to ensure accountability for results.
• Owns P&L, budgeting and forecasting; reviews period-end P&Ls and prepares action plans.
• Ensures top-tier guest service, surpassing brand standards to drive loyalty.
• Leads safety efforts and ensures compliance with safety and food handling requirements.
• Communicates staffing needs to HR and collaborates with scheduling to meet labor targets.
• Manages labor deployment across multiple outlets and adapts to attendance changes.
• Promotes a Great Place to Work culture with high engagement and job satisfaction.
• Coaches and evaluates hosts, providing timely feedback.
• Monitors POS procedures and ensures weekly inventories are accurate.
• Develops and executes plans to address business shortfalls.
• Assists in researching and purchasing supplies; oversees maintenance programs.
• Acts as Person in Charge for the Foods Division when needed.
• Assists with plans for restaurant operations, policies, and budgets.
