Job summary

Spokane Tribe Resort & Casino is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to inspire excellence and oversee operations across multiple outlets in a high-volume setting. You will recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring superior guest experiences and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic scheduling, and deep knowledge of F&B operations, cash flow, and safety practices to maintain exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum of five years of F&B experience in high-volume multi-outlet environment.
• At least three years of lead, supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to train and develop service etiquette.
• Familiarity with restaurant/bar operations, cash flow management, food & beverage handling, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Inspire excellence by leading and motivating staff.
• Collaborate with F&B management to recruit and evaluate personnel.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor staff to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare staff schedules for optimal staffing and cost control.
• Monitor food & beverage quality with daily inspections to ensure freshness and standards.
• Adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with varying crowd levels.
• Interpret budgeted goals, monitor cash flow, and adjust staffing based on sales and guest flow.
