Job summary

Angel of the Winds Casino Resort in Washington state seeks a seasoned senior leader to head the Food & Beverage department. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and FOH teams, guiding operations, guest service, training, and reporting to meet financial objectives and high standards of hospitality.

The role requires experience from a casino F&B environment, strong budget discipline, procurement know-how, and a commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive multi-unit leadership at the managerial level in a Casino Food and Beverage capacity required.
• Exceptional guest service skills required.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine and beer preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory systems.
• Ability to prepare complex reports, correspondence, charts, layouts, forms, handbooks, memoranda and other information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the Food and Beverage Department, collaborating with the Executive Chef and directly managing FOH activities.
• Develops and maintains high performing, guest service-oriented teams.
• Assist with achieving financial and company objectives and cost of sales controls.
• Ensure guest service needs are identified and exceeded.
• Meet with guests to resolve guest concerns.
• Conducts extensive training programs to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
• Provide training and tools for team members to perform duties.
• Prepare food and beverage reports as requested.
• Manage labor costs by scheduling according to business demands.
• Monitor and assist all outlets.
• Assist Director of Hospitality with budget preparations and compliance.
• Ensure budget compliance throughout the year in all outlets.
• Verify that services align with casino policy and procedures.
