Must have current ServSafe Food Manager Certificate.
State of Oregon Liquor Control Commission Server’s Permit.
Vaccination documentation may be required due to interaction with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

Supervises department staff; interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates personnel.
Monitors service level and guest satisfaction in F&B venues.
Maintains liquor controls and compliance with alcohol sales procedures.
Creates data sheets, memos, and reports; maintains records.
