Job summary

Kessler Hotels in Savannah, GA seeks an Assistant F&B Manager to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring profitable operations and exceptional guest service. You will lead outlet teams, monitor quality, and support training to uphold Highgate Hotel standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating menus and promotions, handling guest concerns, and driving productivity while maintaining compliance with SOPs and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with employees and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and share issues as they arise.
• Be visible on the floor and assist staff during each meal period.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
