Job summary

The Alida in Savannah, GA is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily front of house operations and coach a high-performing team. You will manage the F&B budget, oversee inventory, and collaborate with culinary leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for hospitality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are expected to support a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Food & Beverage leader preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front of house operations in Food & Beverage.
• Coach and develop front of house team members.
• Oversee budgeting and financial oversight of the operation.
• Oversee inventory, ordering of food and supplies.
• Drive revenues and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiences.
• Provide leadership during service periods, including openings and closings.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations leaders on menu execution.
