Job summary

United Service Companies is seeking a Full Time Service Worker at the Maverick Wolfeboro Inn to oversee food and beverage operations and ensure top service, profitability, and collaboration with kitchen, rooms, accounting, sales, and marketing.

The role requires strong leadership, event sales experience, and the ability to develop menus, manage marketing efforts, and coordinate with multiple departments to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred; minimum five+ years in food & beverage senior management.
• Banquet or catering experience; local health/sanitation certification preferred or required at hire.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by identifying and targeting opportunities through marketing, in-house merchandising, menu development, internet marketing, promotions and events.
• Solicit, negotiate and book new/repeat business through direct sales calls and meetings.
• Develop strategies for private event revenue and manage F&B pricing and rental terms.
