Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
• Determine the reason for visits and assist accordingly.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest transactions.
• Answer calls promptly and transfer or relay messages.
• Enter and update guest registrations, billing, room assignments, and cancellations.
• Assist with reservations, car services, and local attractions.
• Maintain room inventory and monitor availability.
• Balance departments' accounts and complete required documents.
• Secure keys and cash, count cash at shift end, monitor accounts.
• Attend to guest requests and resolve complaints with other departments.
• Follow emergency procedures and coordinate with MODs.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and coordinate with staff.
• Perform maintenance duties and coordinate with housekeeping.
