Job summary

Red Cliffs Zion is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to oversee the Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high quality, consistent service, and appealing merchandising while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, manage inventories, train staff, and uphold safety standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to respond promptly to guest requests and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage operation required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the hotel F&B Outlets and coordinate with leadership team.
• Maintain inventory and submit reports to accounting on time.
• Monitor quality of service and food/product standards.
• Lead menu planning, training, and staff development.
• Ensure safety, health standards, and policy adherence.
