Job summary

Baltimore Ravens is seeking a motivated F&B Operations Teammate to audit the presentation and execution of the F&B operations at M&T Bank Stadium during events. This role supports guest experience by ensuring readiness, accurate menu boards, appropriate queues, and smooth concession operations.

The position targets students and professionals across sports, hospitality, analytics or related fields. You will report to the E15 Group Senior Analyst and Ravens leadership, with opportunities to gain

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; open to ambitious candidates.
• Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend designated M&T Bank Stadium events to audit readiness of the F&B operation.
• Walk the stadium pre-event to ensure operations keep pace with preparations.
• Review operations documentation for menu accuracy, queues, product availability, and tech.
• Assist concessions during peak times by taking orders to reduce guest wait times.
• Track variations in guest wait times over the course of an event.
• Generate detailed reports and summaries of data collected during each event.
