Job summary

Biltmore is seeking an F&B Assistant Operations Analyst to join our Asheville, NC team. This on-site, full-time position analyzes major department records and reports, supports payroll, HR processes, and financial forecasting, and collaborates with department directors to drive profitability across estate and lodging F&B operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting or hospitality administration and strong Excel capabilities, including macros and Power Query.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education or certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or hospitality administration.

Responsibilities

• Over-see major financial reporting for F&B department, including daily/weekly/monthly reports and GL processes.
• Maintain and analyze department tracking tools and provide labor and financial insights to GMs and Directors.
• Manage payroll functions and Workday/Adaptive reporting; support HR onboarding/offboarding.
