Job summary

Biltmore Estate is seeking an F&B Maintenance Staff II to handle repairs, maintenance, and operational tasks across the Estate. The role covers interior and exterior projects including plumbing, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, and HVAC work, supporting the Engineering team and delivering world-class guest service.

The position requires a high school diploma, with preferred certifications in related trades and at least two years of experience in a similar upscale facility environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional training/education and certification in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or other trade preferred.
• Experience with carpentry, plumbing and kitchen equipment; reading construction drawings, blueprints and schematics; math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of maintenance procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Receive daily work assignments and review priorities.
• Maintain par stock levels of fixtures, tools and supplies; communicate needs to supervisor.
• Understand and maintain the property's electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment.
