Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to operate multi-line phones and radios.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate communication equipment including multi-line phones and radio base stations.
• Handle inquiries and forward accurate messages to management.
• Dispatch radio calls using appropriate codes.
• Distribute keys, microphones, and paperwork to designated employees.
• Maintain confidential information and logs for scheduling, attendance, payroll and terminations.
• File associate and department documentation accurately.
• Compose and produce business communications including memos and reports.
• Provide guest service according to Carowinds standards.
