The role includes guest service according to Carowinds standards, safety compliance, and contributing to a welcoming park environment. Previous POS or office experience is helpful, with regular weekday and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communications, paperwork, and filing in the Food and Beverage office.
• Handle inquiries and forward messages to the appropriate management personnel.
• Dispatch radio calls using appropriate radio codes and distribute keys, microphones, and paperwork.
• Provide guest service and directions to guests and colleagues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area and report unsafe conditions.
