Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Beverage Server to provide superior guest service and assist with food and beverage service at Belterra Casino Resort & Spa.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, describing daily specials, helping guests with beverage choices, and maintaining high sanitation and safety standards in a lively casino environment. Candidates must be 21+, possess an Indiana ABC Permit or be able to obtain one, and meet licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Two years’ beverage service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required or ability to obtain.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and greet guests warmly.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and present daily specials.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness to feedback.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and keep a neat appearance.
• Inventory and other duties as assigned.
