Job summary

Glenmoor Country Club in the Denver metro area is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets during a major clubhouse renovation. You will collaborate with Culinary and leadership teams to maintain exceptional member experiences and lead a team in a non-tipping environment.

Reporting to the F&B Director, you will implement staffing, training, and service standards while managing labor and payroll processes in a busy private club setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising F&B staff in upscale dining environments.
• Experience reviewing timecards, attendance, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules across multiple F&B outlets within budgeted labor hours.
• Coordinate staffing plans with outlet leaders and Club leadership during renovation.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop Food & Beverage team members.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability in a luxury setting.
• Supervise Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and Support Staff.
• Review timecards and labor reports to ensure payroll accuracy.
