Job summary

Glenmoor Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, CO, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. You will work with other managers to lead a team in a premium, membership-focused environment during Clubhouse renovation and transition, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling, staff development, and adherence to non-tipping service standards, with a focus on delivering consistent

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience selecting, supervising, and developing Food & Beverage staff in an upscale dining environment.
• Strong scheduling, labor management, and workforce planning experience across multiple outlets.
• Availability to regularly work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and events.
• Experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS, scheduling, payroll, or workforce management system preferred.
• Country Club or Private Club experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules, shift assignments, and floor coverage across multiple outlets.
• Monitor staffing levels, approve schedule adjustments, and ensure coverage for peak periods.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop staff across multiple outlets.
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, mentoring, and accountability to the team.
• Lead daily pre-shift lineups and reinforce service standards and hospitality.
• Oversee daily dining operations to ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
