Whitmoor Country Club in Saint Charles, MO seeks an Assistant General Manager responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day leadership of clubhouse operations with strong focus on food and beverage, to drive revenue and exceed member expectations. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, event planning, menu collaboration, and staff development in a hands-on, club-wide role.

Qualificações

• 3–10 years of relevant experience in F&B leadership.
• Minimum 5 years as a manager/director in a high-volume upscale F&B operation.
• BA/BS in related field or combination of experience and education with 7+ years equivalent.
• Country Club prior experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and direct administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet daily needs; hands-on with staff.
• Describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for restaurants, banquets, kitchens, steward, etc.
• Develop, implement and monitor schedules for all restaurants and bars to achieve targets.
• Plan and execute a large volume of banquet functions and member events.
• Plan member dining programming to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Work with the chef and restaurant managers in menu creation.
• Implement effective control of food, beverage, and labor costs across departments.
• Review member/guest satisfaction across all dining and banquet services.
• Develop operating tools: budgeting, forecasting, recipes, portion specifications, menus, etc.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Director to keep the clubhouse well maintained.
• Administer training and development programs within the department for career progression.
• Assist General Manager in budgeting and forecasting and support Catering Director in driving sales.
