Bar Luna at Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead all dining and event operations across our outlets, poolside service, and cafe, including new music and small plate events.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of leadership in luxury F&B, be hands-on, creative, and adept at managing budgets, guest satisfaction, and staff development while collaborating with culinary and marketing to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management.
• Strong experience with food and beverage operations, catering, and events management.
• Must have valid California Food Handler Certificate.
• Must possess and maintain ABC-approved California RB training certificate.
• Must possess California Driver License with satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets and events.
• Develop and implement procedures to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor costs, labor, and inventory to meet financial targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management team.
• Collaborate with culinary to develop seasonal menus.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and guest engagement.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff for events.
• Maintain high safety and cleanliness standards.
