Loews Chicago Hotel is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will plan staffing, train supervisors, manage costs, and coordinate with the culinary team to deliver top‑notch service in a fast‑paced hotel setting.

You will lead by example on the floor during peak service, uphold Loews standards, and drive continuous improvement through training and teamwork. Strong hospitality leadership is essential.

Formación

• Requires Associate degree or higher in Hospitality/ Food Service management.
• Two years of management experience in hotel or quality food service operation.
• Certification as Food Service Manager or ability to obtain certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in planning, directing and coordinating outlet activities.
• Maintain staffing levels, train and schedule employees, and manage labor costs.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and deliver a quality product that exceeds guest expectations.
• Supervise daily operations, interact with guests, and monitor inventory and costs.
• Communicate with Executive/Sous Chefs and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Attend meetings and implement training programs to uphold Loews standards.
