Job summary

Loews Miami Beach Hotel in South Beach seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee operations across all outlets within an oceanfront setting. You will manage staffing, enforce policies, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, cost control, and guest service excellence in a high-volume, multi-outlet environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage planning, production, presentation, and service.
• Ability to envision/create new menus that fit restaurant themes and group functions.
• Proven experience in managing high-volume, multi-outlet hotel operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing requirements for all F&B outlets within the hotel.
• Approves policies and procedures for F&B operations.
• Interviews, trains, coaches, and disciplines F&B management staff.
• Monitors training and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manages inventory, pricing, and par levels in collaboration with Purchasing.
• Coordinates with Executive Chef on menu development and profitability.
• Attends hotel meetings and communicates operational updates daily.
