Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• Two years' restaurant/bar shift leadership experience is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, monitors and coaches department staff.
• Directs and assigns employees to meet service standards.
• Oversee F&B operations in absence of the F&B Manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve guest requests promptly and respectfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
