Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead all aspects of the department, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires coordinating with Sales, ensuring brand standards, and supervising the F&B team across outlets and banquets.

The position emphasizes cost control, staff development, and menu governance, with a comprehensive benefits package and a strong focus on service culture and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Director of Food & Beverage.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeted revenues and expenses and improve profitability of the Food & Beverage Department.
• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate coverage; communicate departmental goals.
• Direct banquet and catering operations and coordinate with Sales on minimums and guidelines.
• Ensure brand standards, menus, and programs are followed across outlets.
• Lead procurement and pricing strategy for liquors and wines; manage cost controls and safety compliance.
