Cambria Hotel Washington D.C. Navy Yard Riverfront is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all aspects of the hotel\'s food and beverage operations, ensuring financial success, cost control, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or management experience required.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified food handler and ability to lead a high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
• Ensure quality and presentation meet brand standards.
• Respond to guest comments and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with purchasing and inventory control.
• Train staff on service standards, policies, and safety.
• Monitor staffing and scheduling to meet demand and costs.
• Coordinate with sales and housekeeping for banquets per BEO.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of F&B team.
• Ensure compliance with hotel and brand policies and regulations.
