You will oversee restaurant and catering functions, ensure compliance with health and liquor laws, and drive guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style. The role requires 3+ years in restaurant and beverage management, strong staff development skills, and the ability to optimize revenue while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive food and beverage experience required, with a minimum of one year supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to communicate well with all levels and solve problems with staff and guests.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the food & beverage staff to meet service goals and ensure guest needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and liquor laws across outlets.
• Oversee restaurant and catering operations and drive revenue growth.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to maximize profitability.
• Train team members and uphold brand standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to optimize operating efficiency.
