Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons is seeking a bartender to join our hospitality team. You will prepare and serve beverages, greet guests, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining an inviting bar atmosphere.

Requirements include 1+ year bartending experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and clear English communication. TIPS certification is preferred, and the role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits through B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Must have ability to speak, understand and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification preferred.
• Strong guest service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders according to standards and serve drinks.
• Prepare drinks to recipe and brand standards while maintaining bar setup and cleanliness.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption to comply with liquor laws.
• Assist other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service.
• Complete shift paperwork and inventory as required.
