B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport team.

The role oversees all F&B outlets, restaurant and catering operations, with focus on revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and staff development. This hands-on leader will ensure compliance with health and liquor laws and maintain high service standards. This position requires strong leadership, cost control, and a commitment to delivering

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or GED; college degree or equivalent experience preferred; Serve Safe/TIPS or CARE certification required or obtainable.
• Experience: 3+ years progressive food and beverage experience with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Skills: strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead food & beverage staff to ensure department operates efficiently and achieves business goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle service recovery in a courteous manner.
• Coach and develop team members; manage scheduling and training.
• Support revenue goals and cost control within F&B operations.
• Ensure safety, health, and liquor regulations compliance.
