Job summary

Parkwest Casino is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations, delivering exceptional hospitality and service. This role reports to the leadership team and focuses on maintaining high standards, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic dining environment.

The ideal candidate will manage menu planning, control costs, train staff, and collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure quality, quantity, and presentation meet Parkwest Casino's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.

Responsibilities

• A successful F&B Manager has a strong knowledge of affordable menu planning with the use of food and pour costs.
• F&B Managers are expected to actively participate in the training of all employees in their department.
• F&B Managers should expect to work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure proper food quality, quantity, and presentation.
• F&B Managers should be knowledgeable in maintaining a ordering system by creating budget & business conscious par levels.
• Ability to maintain an efficient scheduling program to ensure a high standard of service with use of minimum man-hours.
