Job description

Looking for an F&B Manager with at least 3 years of experience, to be deployed to F&B outlets. The daily responsibilities include overseeing operations, procurement, and inventory management. The candidate should be willing to learn basic cashiering skills and possess a good service attitude to handle customer orders, PR with both local and foreign customers, and manage their requests. Leadership skills are essential to lead a team of 10 or more staff. The role may require occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle government official documents and manpower issues, including wages, foreign worker permits, and local staffing concerns.
  2. Learn or know the basics of making hot beverages.
  3. Design and display simple advertisements for food stalls.
  4. Prepare sales reports and set monthly sales targets for staff.
  5. Train new staff on language skills and company SOPs.
  6. Maintain cleanliness of public lavatories, possibly assisting in cleaning if manpower is short.
  7. Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  8. Manage conflicts or disputes among staff.
  9. Procure goods by maintaining good communication with suppliers and monitor inventory levels daily.
