We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as our Event F&B Services Manager.

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced events professional to orchestrate exceptional experiences across our venue portfolio. This role combines high-end hospitality management with outdoor event logistics to deliver unparalleled events.

Core Responsibilities

1. Event Design & Execution
2. Craft comprehensive event experiences, including luxury accommodations, elevated dining, entertainment programming, and technical production
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and key stakeholders
4. Design innovative food & beverage programs that align with our premium brand positioning
5. Create detailed event schedules and programming for keynotes, breakouts, and ceremonies
6. Logistics & Operations
7. Manage all aspects of participant and staff Food & Beverage
8. Curating menus for endurance challenge nutrition requirements and timing
9. Manage all aspects of participant and staff Lodging
10. Oversee audio/visual implementation for both indoor and mountain locations
11. Source and contract high-caliber speakers and entertainment
12. Direct venue layout planning and space optimization
13. Ensure operational excellence while maintaining budget targets

Qualifications

1. Required:
2. Experience with luxury, all-inclusive, and/or endurance events
3. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, high-touch events
4. Proven track record of budget management and financial accountability
5. Outstanding project management and communication abilities
6. Proficiency with standard business software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
7. Preferred:
8. Background in outdoor recreation or adventure sports industry
9. Demonstrated success in premium hospitality environments
10. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field
