Overview

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and service standards. Responsibilities include marketing, staff supervision, guest relations, budgeting, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily outlet operations.
2. Supervise outlet staff.
3. Respond promptly to guest complaints.
4. Coordinate with other F&B managers and inform supervisors of issues.
5. Assist in loss prevention measures.
6. Prepare and submit reports timely, including wage progress, payroll, revenue, and schedules.
7. Monitor service quality and assist in menu planning.
8. Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations.
9. Maintain SOP adherence and requisition procedures.
10. Be visible on the floor and support staff during meal periods.
11. Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
12. Participate in departmental and hotel-wide training programs.
13. Interview and hire front-of-house staff following standards.
14. Complete tip reporting and implement corporate promotions.
15. Ensure guest satisfaction.
