Summary

Starts at $60,100

The F&B Manager for Barrel & Bushel and Market will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities include scheduling, forecasting, training, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is preferred.

Barrel & Bushel

Experience Barrel & Bushel, a bar-forward, locally influenced neighborhood eatery located in Downtown Phoenix. It offers an American comfort-style menu, an extensive craft beer list including 11 Arizona brews on tap, a bourbon and whiskey selection, and vibrant cocktails.

The rustic-meets-modern design features an indoor-outdoor bar concept with a street-level patio, misters, and fire features for all-season enjoyment.

Barrel & Bushel Market

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
