Job Description: Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the F&B outlet's operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and service levels. The role involves marketing ideas to promote business, reducing employee turnover, maintaining revenue and payroll budgets, and achieving productivity goals while upholding quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet.
  2. Supervise outlet personnel.
  3. Respond promptly to guest complaints.
  4. Coordinate with other F&B managers and communicate issues.
  5. Keep superiors informed of problems or issues.
  6. Monitor Loss Prevention activities.
  7. Prepare and submit reports timely, including wage progress, payroll, revenue, employee schedules, and quarterly action plans.
  8. Monitor service quality in the outlet.
  9. Assist in menu planning and preparation.
  10. Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations.
  11. Adhere to SOPs and requisition procedures.
  12. Be visible on the floor and assist staff during meal periods.
  13. Conduct staff performance reviews and training.
  14. Participate in departmental and hotel-wide training programs.
  15. Interview candidates for front-of-house positions and follow hiring standards.
  16. Complete tip reporting accurately.
  17. Implement and monitor corporate promotions and standards.
  18. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
