Job summary

Wally's Wine & Spirits in Malibu is seeking experienced Food and Beverage / Front of House managers to lead our Malibu location, which opened earlier this year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality destination and lead teams dedicated to exceptional service, memorable guest experiences, and a passion for fine wine, spirits, and gourmet food.

You will oversee daily operations with professionalism, motivate teams across restaurant, bar, retail, culinary and gourmet teams,

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or guest-facing leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A calm, hands-on leadership style in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating standout guest experiences.
• Interest in fine wine, spirits, gourmet food, or luxury hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
