Job summary

Wally's Wine & Spirits in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Barback to support a world-class bar team in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. You will assist bartenders, maintain stock, and help ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in bar/restaurant/hospitality, strong work ethic, and a team mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; training and growth opportunities await.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service to ensure guest experience.

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages for restaurant guests.
• Monitor inventory levels and support bar efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational needs.

• Engage with guests and provide warm, attentive hospitality whenever needed.
